This is the place I come for all the little things that needs fixing around in the house. Although their prices are considered higher than those hardware stores in older neighbourhoods, it is the most convenient place if you stay around the central Tampines area.
The service standard of the store assistants varies from person to person. Unfortunately for the Feminist movement, the male assistants are more able and willing to help me with my problems. Maybe they need to train the female assistants to better understand their own products.
