Great martinis, especially worth it during their happy hour(6−9pm) mon — sat. They do a mean lychee martini along with 20−30+ other varieties, including the eye-opening espresso martini. It will definitely perk you up before the drive home.

It’s one thing finding a happy hour with good deals but finding one that also maintains quality is key! 50% off house pours, cocktails and martinis every Monday to Friday from 6:00pm — 9:00pm and Saturdays from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. This is great because lots of 1 for 1 places say your 2nd drink has to be the same as your first but here I can change up my order every time! And with a menu of over 30 types of martinis, I’m going to want a different flavour for sure. Extra perks are the bowl of black pepper cashews that everyone gets and sometimes they walk around with free beef sliders and crab cakes. If you want to pick up some of these delicious cashews for home, they also sell them at the bakery/confections corner just outside the bar for about $ 10 a bag. There is a lack of seating though so be ready to stand if you’re not there early.

We stopped by this martini bar the first night we were in Singapore. It was pretty crowded on a weekend so if you want a table you may have to wait a little while. We were able to snag one about 15 mins in. The lounge is two stories with an upper level overlooking the bar and some seating at the bar level. The glass wall of windows behind and to the sides of the bar are amazing and really gave the atmosphere an artistic and modern feel. The bar was pretty long so there was plenty of standing room when ordering drinks and a couple of bar tenders mixing. It took a good 20 mins or so to get drinks with it being such a busy night. The drinks were good. My friends tried a variety of martinis but I didn’t want to stress about what was in each of them and if they were gluten free so I had a amaretto sour with their freshly made sweet and sour mix. It was definitely the best amaretto sour of the trip. Prices were standard for Singapore. The lounge was pretty loud so it was difficult to talk in a group but otherwise we had a nice time and enjoyed our drinks. I’d definitely recommend stopping in.

When we are out without the kids, we gonna let our hair down and enjoy these kids unfriendly places that normally, we are super envious of. Sigh. The bar has a pretty decent ambience, table seats far apart from each other, free flow cashews and promotion of 50% off for all cocktails & mocktails from 6 to 9pm. Staffs are rather attentive to our empty cups & requests are attended to. Perfect for a monday night to kill the blues with my bff. We had 8 drinks in total & left the place with a big wide smile. Definitely be back to try out more of the cocktails next time!

A friend took me here on a Monday night to imbibe, and the Happy Hour made me rather happy. They have 50% off on housepours and cocktails from 6 — 9pm. We got a couple of cocktails and left happy. I was particularly pleased with my Rockmelon as the fragrance and sweetness of rockmelon was there! I also had the Soursop, which had actual soursop(with seed) within. Martinis here are simple drinks, and the atmosphere is pleasant, and populated by 30-somethings. You can snack on free-flow pepper cashews if you please, but I didn’t like em.

Awesome cocktails, and the fabulous deal during the happy hour(50% off) is not to be missed. There are over 30 different martinis to choose from, and I’ve only tried about 4 of them. My personal favorite so far is the ginger martini. Ambiance is pleasant with high ceilings, but during the happy hour @6pm the place gets packed. You’ll have to wait to get your drinks as the bartenders are bombarded with orders. Sit at the bar and you’ll get easy access. A perfect place for pre-dinner drinks!

This bar is effing boss. Love. It. They have an amazing array of cocktails to choose from. If you want, you can even make your own. The Happy hour is ridiculous… It’s such a good deal, you’d be a fool not to imbibe. I was not staying at the hotel, so no Wi-Fi for me. Met a ton of interesting people to say the least. Pretty tipsy after being here. I would definitely go back. Hands down.

Shaken not stirred? Like it dirty? Martini Bar at the Grand Hyatt Singapore is the place for you to get your 007 on. I don’t visit often, but when I do, I leave having had the best evening. Step in and the moderate buzz of friends having a good laugh, a group of girlfriends gossiping, or an expat trying to impress his date, fill your ears. The place is cosy and does get crowded on weekends. The draw? 50% discounts on drinks from 6pm to 9pm Mondays to Saturdays. Which to me, is fantastic given the range of drinks on offer. It wouldn’t be named so if they weren’t great at martinis. And boy do they make some great ones. Personal favorites include the Blue Bikini, a vodka and Blue Curaçao based drink, or the Mango Martini where the fresh taste of mangoes deceptively lull you into thinking it is a mild drink. My lady friends swear by their Cosmopolitans as well. Otherwise, adventurous folk can try out some of their spicy Mexican martinis, or even a Chocotini, for some cocoa goodness. Their drinks come with complimentary munchies in the form of pepper laced cashew nuts, which you will find hard to stop eating. Their bar snacks aren’t too bad either. I’ve fallen in love with the crab cakes there, served with the most unique tartar dip. The menu includes sushi as well, not my first choice to accompany a martini but some like it. The thing that makes a place like this successful is its service staff, and the Hyatt does very well in this department. Their resident mixologist Kumar is in a league of his own. Always smiling, always attentive, he makes a killer martini or cocktail if you’d like, sometimes surprising you with unexpected treats.(I’ll let you discover this on your own). For a place that gets really busy, their wait staff is patient, quick, albeit sometimes forgetful but with so many orders coming in during a 3hour Happy Hour period, all it takes is a simple reminder. Do note that it is very EASY to get carried away here, you’ll be ordering one after the other. I know I do each time I visit, it’s hard not to. Who cares? Life is short, martinis are great.

My favorite place to chill and drink. Happy Hour is a gem with drinks at 50% off in the evening. Not a 2 for the price of 1 deal. I prefer the 50% off as you get the option of having just a drink at a discount. With a huge selection of martinis available, you are truly spoiled for choice. If you are not sure what to get, you can always get the bartender to mix something for you. I absolutely adore The Mask, a green concoction which is oh so tasty, created by Kumar, its resident bartender. It apparently won some award or something many years ago and is not on the menu. It is not a martini, but a cocktail of tequila(yums!), blue caruso and pineapple juice. The ice wine martini is surprisingly potent. Sweet and strong. For martini, my favorite is still lychee martini. Mango martini comes a close second. The others are too strong(read bitter) for my liking. For bar food, the wedges are good, as it comes with a tray of mayo, bacon bits and chives to dip in. I am not too impressed with the other dishes such as the crab cakes, sliders, sausages. They have stopped the practice of ordering in food from Mezza 9 and Pete’s Place which is a pity. Besides the alkie, I do adore the lychee iced tea which is perfect in the afternoon when the weather is hot and muggy. The coffee is decent too. There is a small smoking room by the entrance for those who want to enjoy their cigars or cigarettes. Service is usually fabulous, and the wait staff is more than happy to recommend the drinks when you are dazed from reading the menu.

The happy hour from 6 to 9 is truly a bargain. The martinis are excellent and they literally have fifty different kinds to choose from. The space is comfortable and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and accommodated. There is also a smoking room if you would like to buy a cigar. The attached restaurant(Mezza9) is excellent as well, albeit relatively pricey and a hotel restaurant.

Only for the fact that there is Happy Hour and it is 50% off! Every Mon to Sat, from 6pm to 8.45pm. My personal fav has to be their passion fruit martini. However, the actual fruit was missing from the drink last night! It is good, but less potent than some other places I have been to. It is worth while only at Happy Hour, unless, of course if you are willing to pay more :)

I only go here for Happy Hour, and I think most people do too. They have pages and pages of martinis with very interesting local renditions of martinis that are worth trying but very weak in alcohol. So I’ll stick to a couple of my usual dirty martinis and negronis. But when wisdom me tells me that it’s about time to stop, I’ll order the fun stuff.

I love the Martini Bar at the Hyatt. The vibe is very chill and classy and its a great place to get a drink after a long day. They have an insane selection of martinis. Everything you can think of, they pretty much have. The great thing is the Happy Hour from 6−9pm, as certain drinks are 50% off. How can you not love that? There is also a menu that you can order bar snacks from. Or head to Mezza 9 for dinner after your cocktail. Be warned though, this seems to be a place that high class prostitutes and old expat white men tend to frequent.

Offering the widest range of martinis with a smoking room available and 50% off martinis and house pours from 6−9pm from Mondays to Saturdays, is there really anything not to like about the Martini Bar at Hyatt? The ambience is great for chilling out and just lazing, though there aren’t a lot of seats and you’ve got to be there early or you’ll end up standing around. I always go for the Belberry, Grapefruit and Lychee martinis whenever I’m there. There’s also awesome finger food such as fries, but my favourite are the crabcakes! Large carb meat bits that you dip in tartar sauce laced with egg whites. Avoid the bar if you don’t want to be mistaken for an SPG. Parking is also free with a minimum of $ 100 spent. The drinks are pretty strong herer, so lightweights might want to take note!

Boasting not only the largest selection of martinis in Singapore, the glass-enclosed bar on the mezzanine level also boasts of stunning views of the oft bustling Scotts Road. Whether you’re there to pass the time or having a night out with friends or business partners, the Martini Bar is an unabashed haven for real martini lovers. With over 30 specially concocted martinis to choose from, it might get a bit confusing, I’d recommend the easy to drink Lychee Martini or the Belberry martini to start from. Pair it with a plate of excellent crabcakes and you’re set for the night. One thing to note, all drinks go at half price during happy hour which begins from 6pm — 9pm(Mon-Sat) with last orders at 8.30pm.

This place has the widest range of martinis you will ever see around, about 8 pages in the menu is dedicated to them Most of them are very good. However as with everything, there are some which should not be missed. They have the classics, like a lychee, many different chocolate martinis, but the one that should not be missed it the ice wine martini. Made from Inniskillin ice wine, this is really something special. I personally like the one with grapefruit, but with such a wide variety, you will surely find something that you like, Food is not to shabby either. The crab cakes are the best that i have had anywhere and the Chorizzo is also very good. However you will need to be there early, as there are usually no seats left by 6. Happy hour, where martinis are half price, starts at 6pm and ends at 9pm, monday to saturday.
