i am from indonesia and i have account in this bank. the experience is the worst bank in the world. i came more than 10 times and still can not talk to anyone they refused to discuss and closed my account. they make it so difficult to access the money. we always came to the branch and tried to talk with anyone every year and met the head of international banking but still it is extremely difficult to access the account. i am very dissapointed.

Premium banking in Singapore is an experience on its own. Very enjoyable. They need this in DFW.
This branch primarily caters to premium clients. But there’s regular banking too.
There’s a private lounge for premium clients. They bring you refreshments and bankers come to you for your banking needs.
Here’s the thing. Seems like anyone can come sit in the lounge to enjoy the refreshments. They don’t ask if your a customer, just what you’d like to drink.

This HSBC Branch is the only HSBC Branch along the Orchard strip. Conveniently located behind shaw house. Current HSBC customer know about the location, but since it’s a bit hidden it doesn’t get much walk in traffic.
If you can, avoid visiting the branch during opening hours in the morning and during lunch. Around 3PM is the best time to visit. The staff is helpful and friendly. Since they have an office upstairs, all the product specialist are just nearby and can come over if you need any advise, so you don’t need to come back again.
If you just want to take out money from the ATM, no worries, I have never seen a queue.
