The service is excellent. I contacted one person prior to purchasing gift visits for my family. I received a prompt and clear response. When I followed up with a purchase, and later a reservation, I always spoke with the same person who was so friendly and helpful. They make classy, personalized gift certificates that you can give as gifts as well.
Upon the visit, we were greeted by name and provided with tea in a private, relaxing environment. We selected oils from several choices for our massages. The people giving massages did an excellent job and left us relaxed. Afterwards, we returned for more tea prior to departing at our leisure.
Overall, this was an excellent and effortless experience. You can be confident that they will do a great job and assist you with setting up whatever arrangements you need to make.
