Cedele Bakery Café

I absolutely love Cedele, and this one, in particular, has a great setting for just hanging out on the weekends. They’ve got quite a large interior space, as well as a small outdoor area which, despite being next to the main road, is actually quite cosy.
As with all the other Cedeles in Singapore, there’s a great selection of freshly baked goods, from breads to cakes, and they’ve also got delicious, healthy meals available. I’m a big fan of their pre-​packed salads which are perfect to take away, and I also really like their sandwiches. The combinations tend to be a little original, but I’ve never been disappointed with any of my choices!

I’m not really one of those who head to cedele to buy loafs of bread but I really should. The bread is freshly baked everyday and they taste really good.
One of the times I dined in, I ordered the Sirloin Beef Sandwich. I’m pretty sureI’ll be back for more because it was an absolute stunner of a sandwich. The beef was cooked perfectly and then they top it off with caramalised onions, mustard, onion jam and lovely fresh bread. What an awesome sandwich!

There are a few Cedele Bakery outlets where you can pick up the amazing bakes that guarantee freshness daily. With healthier options, patrons can be more conscious of the food they are putting into their bodies and eating at Cedele always makes me feeling happily guiltless. The branch at Frankel has just one more edge that makes me frequent it more than any other branch.
They open early at 8:00am, great for working people who are hoping to pick up some bakes as breakfast. The parking is off the street if you can’t find a space in the little lane in front of their shop. For a quick stop over, it’s rather ideal and convenient as long as you are not a hazard. The service here is also intimate and personal given a couple of occasions where the staff willingly waited for me to pick up my order beyond the closing hour. Often if I head down hoping to find a particular item but it isn’t available, the staff would check with other outlets and arrange something for me. Almost all items are available here daily and there is quite a bit of sitting space if you decide to dine in.
