We were at Telok Kurau looking for food and we decided to try this relatively new french bistro where Osteria Italia used to be. It is a cosy bistro with a rather extensive list of food selection. We felt really hungry while deciding what to have for dinner. Being a french bistro, I was disappointed with the staple french food — french onion soup and buttered escargots. They were below average. I had better elsewhere. The rest of the appetizers, beef capaccio and the mozzarella cheese, we ordered were pretty promising. The pizzas were pretty decent too. The portions were rather huge and we couldn’t finish the pizzas. We had to doggybag the remaining pizza. We were too full to try out their range of desserts. On the whole, the food was alright but we find that the food is rather overpriced.
