The impossible does exist!
Pineapple buns with dried pineapple filling inside are available ONLY at Bread Talk, based on my travels experience as I’ve fallen in love with them from my 2008 Kaiping, People’s Republic of China visit. This is the largest Asian bakery with a lot of unique choices I’ve ever seen for sweets and all genres of Asian baked goodies unavailable in U.S. and unattainable in Hong Kong but elsewhere in Asia. Moderately priced in SGD. My only complaint is no photography (flash or non-​flash) is permitted inside the store as I wanted a photo of their huge bun counter that wraps around in a «S» shape towards the entrance. Pineapple buns with actual pineapple filling inside is NOT a mere illusion as I’ve been sniggered by too many vulgar men of this grinding issue brought to surface. If one cannot find it in U.S. or Hong Kong, you will surely find such baked Asian goodies here at BreadTalk.
