One of my favourite drinks to go with hawker fare is freshly crushed sugar cane juice.

At $ 1.20, you get a large cup. Compared to many other places, that is relatively cheap. It is not overly sweet, without artificial sugar water mix, all pure sugar cane juice. You can also add sour plum, lemon or lime to it.
Nothing is better to wash down the plethora of yummy hawker fare than an ice cold refreshing sugar cane juice. They also make a mean cup of kopi-​o or teh-​o if you prefer something hot.
