Blackball

Very good yum balls, but too little portion for 5 bucks.

Alllllllright. I went to this place twice. The first time they ran out of shaved ice, and we could only try the signature dish cold or warm. And let me tell you, NO. Having it cold it tolerable, having it warm is like trying to eat a bowlful of warm starch (well it is starch TBH). Really not advisable unless you have a starch fetish.
We went back the second time and had the signature dish with shaved ice. And it was gooooood. I would go back for it again, slightly pricey, but I liked the yam balls and the herbal jelly was very well done. Could do with more ice, which I think you could probably request. :)
