Nasi lemak — 2.5 stars Comes with chili, which is on the sweet side, ikan bilis, and a small fried fish. Decent. It’ll do in a pinch. Otah — 2.5 stars Nothing special. Coffee cream cake — 3.5 stars Good strong flavor but be warned — it has a lot of cream. 4 stars overall still for the variety, reliability(most things are good), and the kueh lapis and pandan chiffon cake, which I love.

About the one and only outlet I know that extends itself into a café. The place is abuzz with customers especially during peak hours; mainly because it’s located near 2 adjacent entrances of this hospital. The queue can sometimes be a nuisance since it can get pretty long. They mainly sell cakes, pastries and local kuehs, like Kueh Lapis and such. And due to the extension of a café, they also serve drinks and at times local dishes like Nasi Lemak. Personally, I have always loved the Pandan Cheese rolls from Bengawan Solo. They stock in the whole rolls and also pre-cut slices at $ 1.40 each. It’s much worth it buying the whole roll, in my opinion.
