Papa John’s Pizza

They keep getting my order wrong. How can that be you ask (since the order is done online)? I don’t know? Maybe someone can’t read? I despise the garlic dip, it’s just gross! It seems no one can read that I don’t want it with my order (even though it’s specified in the” add info” area).
After complaining, the franchise offered me 50% off my next order. They still got it wrong so I’m out!
Too bad cause the pizza is okay.

Honestly wish this review was based on the food and service. But it’s not ! This review is based on the fact we wanted to view their menu on line. Simple right? WRONG !!! Forces you to register !!
I attempted to register but alas their app tells me my email has been registered? Guess one of the multiple attempts it took to sign up actually worked. But the password doesn’t. Over an hour to try and order pizza and fail because their app is being a bitch? An hour of my life I won’t get back. ! Guess I’ll order Chinese

The best pizza I’ve ever had. The delivery guys are always friendly and polite and arrive most of the time very quickly with piping hot pizza. The downside is that it’s quite pricey, but with fresh tasting dough and excellent ingredients, the few extra dollars is worth it to buy from Papa John’s.

I’ve been ordering from Papa Johns since I moved to New West a couple years ago, and they rapidly became my favourite pizza delivery place. They always have great deals going on, but even if they didn’t, they won my heart by using real strips of bacon as ingredients. This isn’t one of those places where they use pre-​made bacon bits, or even fresh-​made bits. This is the real deal. Real inch-​sized strips of bacon on your pizza. Deeeeeelish.
I’m also a sucker for a place with an online loyalty program. I don’t have to call to place my order — I can order online without talking to anyone. AND you’ll give me free things just for ordering? Heck yes.
My only complaint is that one time I received someone else’s breadsticks instead of the ones that I had ordered, and another time the garlic dip that I received was expired so I couldn’t use it with my pizza. Considering how long I’ve been ordering though, that’s more than acceptable.
Oh, and ALWAYS say yes to the cookie pizza. Why would you even think of saying no to that?

Average pizza, not bad nor terrific-​ly so great that you’ll be running back lol.
This one is actually quite clean and bright. Metered parking all around, though there’s a bus stop right in front.

My favorite pizza joint out there, the bread, the toppings, the location. Not including small pizza shops which definitely have that home cooked taste.
