The pizza quality is so-so, it’s the same pizza found at any Panago. However, I’ve given it a 1⁄5 rating because of the customer service. I had consistently ordered pizza from this panago until a week ago, the last three times I had ordered their Rosemary Garlic Breadsticks, they had been delivered with little burns on some parts of the breadsticks. I reported it to the delivery office every time and they had more sent out, and credited me with a $ 5 credit. I attempted to use my credit recently and was told«The store notified us that due to a lot of complaints we aren’t giving out credits anymore.» My first thought was that if they’re getting so many complaints then it’s obvious they’re doing something wrong. Anyways, I already had my credit and wasn’t asking for another, I told her the credit was on my account to which she said they aren’t authorized by the store to use credits there anymore. The idea that a singular store in a franchise has the ability to dictate what it’s parenting company/customer service line can do is new to me. TL;DR: They wouldn’t let me use my credit due to «A large amount of complaints to this store».
