You work near Wynyard and after last nights binge drinking, you’re left with $ 5.50 in your pocket. It’s 11:35am and you’re starving. What would you do? You can either hike down to your trusty Maccas and get two cheese burgers, or if you’re reading this review — then you’ll know you can get a cheap feed at this thairiffic joint. But you gotta hurry — the off peak lunch special ends at 12pm and starts again after 2pm. I normally see the budget conscious herd of people stampeding into the store right about 11:45. So try to get there just before that so you can safely order before 12pm(don’t be that dude who missed the specials window by 30 seconds). It’s like going to a bar in for happy hours drinks. First in best dressed. Get it? The food is pretty decent quality. I reckon they’re better than the pre cooked meals at Hunter Connection — and way cheaper too! You’ll get three choices and you can ask for brown rice too if you wanna go lower GI. Throw in a thai milk tea for $ 1.50 for a quick sugar high arvo.
