Alles Elbe

Sehr gemütlich ist es dort in der verstecken Kneipe/​Abendbrot Bar. Es gibt nämlich nicht nur leckere Weine und Bier sondern auch Vesper! (für alle Nord deutschen: Abendbrot). Es gibt Wurst oder Veganes. Die veganen Aufstriche sind hausgemacht und derbe lecker!

Super cozy. The staff was the nicest ever, and of course, the beer… not a lot of variety, but that is for the best, it is already hard to decided with so many good choices.

Kleine & gemütliche, etwas versteckte Bar in St. Pauli mit nettem Konzept: Es gibt verschiedene Craft Biere & Weine sowie eine kleine Auswahl von Snacks, die aus den Regionen der Elbe kommen (Wurst, Schinken, Käse…). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & lädt ein, die Biere an der Theke zu probieren bevor man bestellt! Wir waren zum Abendessen dort & konnten unseren Luups-​Gutschein dafür unkompliziert einlösen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Cosiest beer-​bar I have ever been to! This place is small and feels like home. The beer selection on tap is limited, but there’s an seemingly endless list of handcrafted botteled beer to make up for it.
Whenever I visit places that claim to be specialists I like to be guided in my choice. This part can really make or break an experience. If not guided with professionalism and entusiasm I might as well go somewhere else. In Alles Elbe the entusiasm is contageous and the love of beer is undenieable. Even the tapas-​like dishes were presented with a love for quality and taste — made us want to taste everything. And so we did. The smoked ham was more than delish, so was the ‘syltz’, but after all we came for the beer…
The two beers I had were great. I especially enjoyed the Brewcifer ‘Rhubarb wire’, a saison beer with rhubarb and basil. Eminent taste and such personality. So tell the host or hostess what kind you like and be bold when guided — you might strike gold! Remember that tap beer can be tasted before decision is made. And enjoy this wonderfully loving atmosphere for a evening. I know I did!

Der Betreiber Nigel ist sehr nett, weiß über sein Bier bescheid und kann daher angemessen beraten. Die angebotenen Biere (viele aus der Gegend!) vom Fass wechseln immer mal wieder und zusätzlich gibt es auch Flaschenbiere. Die angebotenen Snacks schmecken ebenfalls und sind offenbar auf Wunsch auch in veganer Variante verfügbar.

This place is a little gem. Go here to try some really great craft beers that you have probably never seen before. They have a lot of beers from Kocour Pivovar Varnsdorf, that the owner himself drives to Varndorf in Czech to pick up. Apparently, it is the only place outside of Czech to get this beer.
The owner is laid back and extremely friendly. They have a cozy little back yard if you want to sit outside in the quiet and enjoy some great beers. If you are interested in beer, go here!
