Not a bad place to kill a few hours if you have a bad connection.
It’s either 30 Euros for up to a 3 hour stay or 50 Euros for longer. The showers are good and very clean. The food is horrible, but beverages acceptable. It’s a bit tired for a lounge, but good if you need peace and quiet and some sanity from Frankfurt airport… one of the worse airports in the world!

Hard to find when you are coming from inside the terminal. Directions on the Priority pass app are not great & no one inside the airport seems to know how to find it. We finally located it near the front entrance (unfortunately on the wrong side of the security) when you see the ANA check in, take the escalator up.
For the price, which was free for us (platinum Amex /​priority pass) it was worth the hassle. The breakfast was appreciated, frankfurters! And coffee, sodas, beer and wine. If I were paying the advertised 27 – 50 € I’m not sure I would be as excited about it.
Showers are € 5 extra– my husband really enjoyed having a chance to freshen up after a long stuffy flight from the states.
Chairs in the second room are comfortable and most have footrests.

Place is so hard to find but its definitely a nice vip lounge. Free open bar with various wines, liquor and beer with some good food. They have European wieners which are always yummy! I wish it was after you go through check in though like most other lounges/​clubs. They also have showers so if you feel icky you can wash up!

Very quiet and relaxing lounge. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks including Frankfurt sausages. I used my priority pass, but they charge € 30 per person for casual use. The use of shower is an additional charge of € 5. The public shower room in the Frankfurt airport is € 6. I personally enjoy taking a shower before the long flight, so extra charge was a bit disappointed. There should be cons and pros but this lounge is located landside, before the security, so the recommended time to leave the lounge is one hour prior to flight departure time. Shower and the location are the reason I gave them 3 stars, but otherwise, nice lounge.

It was all Luxx Lounge’s fault!
I had no intention to start my vacation drinking at 7 am in the morning.
But the espresso machine was not working and there was not even hot water to make a tea?!
That opened bottle of Presecco looked really inviting but at least I mixed in a touch of OJ to make it a mimosa? A perfect early morning drink to start my «drinking» vacation!
Luxx Lounge located outside Security at the Departure Level of Terminal 1. Just give yourself plenty of time to get to your gate if you do decide to chill out here before your flight. Just remember you still need to go through Security and the line can be quite busy.
A full open bar and even hot food. After being in UA lounges that only have peanuts, packaged cheese and crackers, the wieners serves here as least is «real» food!
I will drop by LuxxLounge next time when I transfer through FRA again, which is quite often whenever I fly to Europe!

Die Luxx Lounge ist nun wirklich kein Schmuckstück — im Gegenteil, die Einrichtung ist wirklich grausig und ungemütlich. Aaaaaber: Für eine Lounge ein ziemlich großes Angebot an Getränken (sowohl alkoholisch als auch alkoholfrei) sowie Snacks (heute: Suppe, Salat, Käsewürfel, Wiener Würstchen, Kuchen, Croissants, Knabbereien, Handobst. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und in der Regel geht es hier eher ruhig zu. Einziger wirklicher Nachteil: Die Lounge ist VOR den Sicherheitskontrollen und man braucht wirklich mehr als nur zehn Minuten Zeit, dass sich ein Besuch lohnt…

Worth the investment. Hate airport waiting areas. It’s very quiet, no annoying travelers with too much noise. Wi Fi, food and comfy seats. Especially when u arrive early at the airport as I did. So far so good :)

I had a 2+ hour layover on my way from New York (well Phoenix if you count the flight before it) to Budapest. I didn’t feel like sitting in an empty airport, so I came out of security to go to Luxx Lounge with my Priority Pass card. Had a nice coffee and some snacks (bread & cheese + a hot dog) and charged my devices in comfortable chairs. By far not the nicest lounge or the most convenient, but I’d make the trek again with this much time.

Heute hatte ich mal wieder einen sehr frühen Abflug von Frankfurt. Umso mehr kann man sich auf ein entspanntes Warten auf den Abflug freuen. Es gibt hier einen Ruhebreich, in dem telefonieren oder lautes reden unerwünscht ist. Es gibt eine gut sortierte Getränkebar und eine gute Kaffeeauswahl aus einem Vollautomaten. Für den kleinen Hunger gibt es zu jeder Tageszeit Würstchen, Brötchen und eine Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Marmelade. Dazu kostenlosen Internetzugang per WLAN. offiziell täglich ab 6:30 geöffnet, aber der Zugang war bereits schon ab kurz nach 6 Uhr Morgens möglich! Deshalb komme ich immer wieder gerne hierher, wenn es Wartezeit vor dem Abflug zu überbrücken gibt.

Die vielen Checkins im Admirals Club haben mich doch sehr verwundert, da dieser seit mindestens einem halben Jahr nicht mehr existiert. In den Räumen des ehemaligen Admirals Club bietet nun die LuxxLounge den gleichen angenehmen Service in entspannter Atmosphäre.
Hier ist es wesentlich ruhiger und entspannter, als in den permanent überfüllten Lufthansa Lounges. Das Angebot an Getränken ist völlig ausreichend. In der Regel wird auch immer ein kleiner Snack angeboten. Ansonsten gibt es die loungetypischen Annehmlichkeiten.
