Victory Hotel in Gamla Stan is a charming, moderately priced delight right in the centre of Old Town’s action! Nautical themed anything is my favourite so this place took the cake for awesome, with rooms made to look like ship cabins and each room/floor themed after a different Swedish Captain.
There is free wifi available for guests and it was stupidly fast plus cable TV and room service. My favourite part of this whole place was their staff– all of them went out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.
I will definitely be heading here the next time I am in Stockholm!

Charming and lovely collectors hotel in the heart of old town. Block away from metro or if you choose you can walk everywhere in the beautiful scenery since everything is close. As an owner of couple of timeshares with major hotel chain (which we love too) the Victory Hotel brought you something different, vintage and original. I felt like I was in old times in my tiny cozy single room with chandelier and comfortable bed. Spent 4 days in town over the weekend and got a good price with breakfast included via Travelocity. Everyone spoke good English. If you enjoy historic charm and appreciate deviation from the mainstream hotels I highly recommend you to experience The Victory Hotel.
