Sheraton 360 Restaurant And Bar

We had drinks here one night, in addition to room service one night.
Our fish and chips and Swedish meatballs were on point. They also guarantee delivery within half an hour or else the food is free — which is great when you are super hungry and need food ASAP. The prices are also reasonable given Stockholm’s prices and even the service charge is reasonable.
Drinks at the bar can be a little slow as they only have two people working there. Or maybe I’m just used to the super rushed service of NY.

Auch als wir erst 10 min vor dem Schließen der Bar ankamen wurden wir freundlich und kompetent beraten. Die Drinks wurden schnell zubereitet und schmeckten sehr gut. Die Karte bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Getränken zu hotelbartypischen Preisen. Für die Leute, die sich nicht entscheiden können empfehle ich aber auch sich vom kompetenten Personal ersten zu lassen.
Schöné bequeme Bar die ich an alle empfehlen kann, die noch schnell ein Drink genießen wollen oder sich nicht aus dem Hotel getrauen.

I wasn’t really happy with this restaurant. I’ve eaten here twice now and have realized that I could cook better quality food at home than what they serve here! By a mile! I tried the club sandwich first and it wasn’t amazing – just ok. Though the egg in it was really pretty good. My partner had some meat dish and said it was a bit tough.
Then, the second time we ordered Swedish meatballs and the cheeseburger. I swear… you could’ve bounced both items off the ground like a basket ball they were so hard. You couldn’t even cut through the burger! When I told the waiter about the problem he came back saying it was just «well-​cooked» and that they «well-​cook» everything. Then he asked if I wanted something else, because he wouldn’t let me order the burger again! Why couldn’t they just re-​cook my damn burger patty correctly?! Sure, treat me like i’m an idiot who doesn’t know the difference between edible and non-​edible food! Lame. Instead of arguing with the old guy about how there’s a bit of a difference between «well done» and «rubber» I let it go. After ordering the club sandwich again since I still needed to eat (thinking lets play on the safe side), I sat there for forty minutes watching my sambo try to chew his own rubbery food. Eventually, after waiting a long time, I just made them wrap up my meal for take-​away. Not a good experience and not good food! I was really surprised because it’s at a Sheraton hotel! What the heck! =P

The restaurant was promoting a white asparagus menu, so tried the appetizers from that menu. We were, however, somewhat disappointed. The asparagus soup was a little on the vinegar-​ish side. The asparagus starter was way too mushy. On the bright side, the mains were very good. Therefore, the restaurant did redeemed itself. We had the snow crab salad and a classic Swedish dish, meatballs :) The salad had just the right amount of everything. The meatballs were cooked just right for our liking. The restaurant is worth to stop by if you around near the area.
