Looking for a nice lunch I came here on recommendation from someone I met. The café from the outside is really curious an inviting, with a mountain of oranges piled beside the door, and an arch of flowers over the entrance you feel like you’ll be really treating yourself. However the experience itself was very disappointing. The food is not labeled so you don’t have prices before you order unless you ask the server to tell you everything’s price which isn’t very practical. I decided to go for a salmon pie and freshly squeezed orange juice seeing as it is there most advertised product. My pie and OJ came to 200kr/€ 20! This I found to be extremely expensive for lunch. The OJ itself cost 65kr! You can get a beer for cheaper in a bar! My dish was microwaved which ruined the salmon an made it very tough, the pie was very stodgy and oily, the side salad was incredibly bland, an the vegetables were not fresh, no crunch in my lettuce :( The juice was fine but didn’t come with any ice and on a day like today that was badly needed, the juice was room temperature. The entire meal was very unsatisfying. The décor is kind of cool but unfortunately they have gone for style over comfort and my table an chair was quite uncomfortable, which meant I couldn’t relax there for long. There wifi also doesn’t work which was again disappointing. The service was pretty functional, no personal touches, nothing to really mention. My advise is to go somewhere else, I didn’t enjoy my experience here.

We stopped by this place twice. The food and dessert are nothing to shout about, but the staff is friendly. The food, is however, on the more«generous» portion side. Do share if you are not super hungry. The portion size is at par with what you get in America. The orange juice is fresh and not very pricey, unlike everything else in Stockholm. Do be careful with your belongings if you are seated near the entrance. Someone tried to steal items from our jacket pockets while we were there.

Probably one of the less interesting restaurants I’ve tried in Stockholm. Situated close to the front gate of Old Town Stockholm, this place is always packed with tourists. You walk in and the front display case has basically all the food they sell, including sandwiches and many different types of greek moussaka. After you order and you pay, they warm it up for you and bring it to your table with a bit of salad and a piece of watermelon. The café itself is quite cosy, but i didnt find the food to be all that interesting. We got a sandwich with cheese, olives and grilled chicken and the chicken was almost none existent. I think it’s a tourist trap and if you walk deeper into the town, you’ll find much more interesting restaurants.
