If you don’t get the double dog/​sausage in a roll from this place, you’re an idiot. Plain and simple! It’s so good that I tried to convince my husband to go here every day while in Stockholm. He told me I was turning into a monster.
The line is long and a bit chaotic, but it goes by quickly and the end result is so worth it. Pick you sausage poison — they have about 10 different varieties representing a lot of different countries, then pick if you want one or two and then your toppings and then boom. The bread is so soft, yet crunchy. The sausages are griddled perfectly with that perfect crunch, complimented by the sweet and spicy ketchup and red pepper toppings.
DAYUM… This is a thing that needs to come to America, like yesterday. You’ll see these carts all over and I’m sure every local Swede has their favorite. I can tell ya that this one is definitely a top contender!

The other one I had was good too.
This is a good stand. I ended up just sitting on one of the chairs nearby to eat. I originally wanted to go to Gunters but it was closed so I ended up here.
In any case, I’m glad I came here because it was good!

Excellent hotdogs, friendly staff that were happy to make recommendations. It’s a pity it’s in a bit of a scummy spot, but at the same time that’s kind its jam. Buy hotdog, then go to a nearby park and enjoy.

So we found this hot dog stand in a book called Where Chefs Eat — the book listed it as the best hot dog stand in the world which is a lot of hype for a hot dog stand. We ordered 2 Hungarians which are apparently the most popular hot dogs, and tried to pay with a card but it was cash only. Shit. So we had to go on a goose chase to find an ATM to pay for the hot dogs which was a little irritating (why isn’t there a huge sign on top of the stand saying Cash Only?). Regardless, we ended up getting the cash, and ate the Hungarians which were tasty but not the best hot dog we’ve ever tasted.
I’m giving it a 3 star experience overall; the cash only bit being a loophole that was not anticipated and rather annoying.
