Drinks are sub par, food is nausea enducing and left me vomiting for two whole days.
It’s a bar for people looking a cheap time with average booze.

Ok so Lion bar is the kind of cheap bar where everyone goes to because it’s cheap and it’s ‘the usual thing’ nothing for turists in my opinion. It’s more the type of bar to chill with friends when you have nothing better to do and you are broke. Nice staff and nice service, can get a bit too crowded during the weekend.

The best thing about this bar is the cheap beer. And the patio, maybe. The bar is a bit sketchy and the atmosphere is nothing to be desired.

Stayed in Stockholm for a couple days, and this bar was right by my hostel. A .5L beer was 29 SEK which I didn’t think was too pricey. There are two levels which are cool, both with a bar and seating area. The music was good and it was pretty easy to talk to locals!

Schön in der Stadtmitte und in der nähe von unserem hotel (bentley).
Von aussen nicht gerade einladend, jedoch innen ganz gemütlich, sessel sitzen oder an dem tresen stehen. Getränk wird immer teurer je näher der Ladenschluss folgt.
Eher etwas für 18 – 26 jährige da es eher junge hüpsche schwedinnen hat.
Ich würde gleich wieder gehen.

If your expactations is not too high the Lion Bar is really ok! The bar is located in the central parts of Stockholm and has incredible (in Swedish standards) cheap beer and food. My guess is that they have a lot of folks that come in on a regular basis, some are normal, some are on the «odd» side. Even though the athmosphere is not the best and the tables are really small to eat on (basically you need one table per person) I can see myself return… just because it is very much worth the price especially since the food actually tasted ok!
