Absolut Exopark Art Bar

Exopark, Urban MRKTs rooftop at Sveavägen, offers one of Stockholms better sceneries from the 9^th floor. It’s a lovely spot to visit a nice summer day to soak up some sun and disappear from the city pulse.
The food at this artsy (!) terrace comprises of various salads and charcuterie, which is good for being pre-​made. I ordered the salmon salad and was pleasantly surprised.
For those who imagine that the food will be similar as Urban Delis will be disappointed. However, the upside of their ready-​made food is that your lunch will run smoothly… because this rooftop could easily become super crowded during lunch hours!
P. S. A few months ago I spoke to a dear friend who have insights in Urban Delis plans. She told me that their vision is to create an «Scandinavian rooftop» with fir trees instead of palms and so forth. I hope that this plan becomes a reality — that would be so cool!

Just an awesome rooftop bar. Perfect on a nice night before heading elsewhere (it closes early, at 10). The mixed drinks were pretty okay and served up super fast at a fittingly super (high) price for what seems like a fairly small drink but it’s all worth it.

Can’t go wrong here unless it becomes way overcrowded in the future.

If you lost your way in Stockholm this is the place to go to, it gives you a excellent view of the city and encouraging words is printed on road signs all around you (fast course to Swedish).
The creative chain Urban Deli is behind this artificial garden on the roof top in the middle of Stockholm. It’s a large area and you could find your own corner of the place. If you go here its two things you should remember
1) Your in Sweden, the weather is unpredictable and the roof top bar is only open if its good weather (check Facebook for information on opening hours)
2) Your in Sweden, people love to drink and this place is known for nice summer drinks and it’s a queue system in order to order you drinks! If its nice weather queues can be quite long so a good advice is to buy a wine bottle/​double drinks and a cooler.
When you have your drink, enjoy it, the art and the beautiful view!

The whole place is just amazing!
You start by entering a revolving door in what looks like an office building. In the corridor we were greeted by a guard and a super friendly guy from the restaurant, informing us how to get to the bar (by taking the elevators at the far wall and going to the top floor). Once you get up though, that’s where the adventure starts! The roof of the whole building is covered with cool walkways, friendly signs, interesting art, sounds (!), and lots of greens. In the middle there is a bar and a nice seating area (with parasols — which were great this day since the temperature was over 30C (about 85F) and scorching sun). We tried the most popular drink, which had strawberries and something more, and it was awesome.
But the most awesome thing was the view! You get a 360 degree rooftop view of the whole city. This is my new favorite bar in town!
