Hard Rock Cafe

This is my first HRC ever so I can’t compare with others. I won’t.
The place is a bit pricey… but the quality is awesome!
I have tried some diferent things by now but I always ask for the brushetas as appetizers. They are not the best I have ever had, but, in Stockholm, maybe they are…
The smoked ribs are huge! It’s enough food for 2 people maybe… I like it so much I had a whole portion!
The drinks/​cocktails variety is huge! I normally go for one with red-​fruits… SOOOOO good!

Ein Hard Rock Café eben, wie es hunderte auf der Welt gibt — was lässt sich hier noch großartig schreiben?!
Das Stockholmer Hard Rock Cafes ist allerdings eins der angenehmeren. Nicht ganz so klein, etwas außerhalb gelegen und im Verhältnis zu anderen Ablegern der Kette gesehen nicht ganz so überrannt. Trotzdem tummeln sich hier, Hard-​Rock-​Café-​typisch, eben hauptsächlich die Touristen, die noch ein Stockholm-​Shirt mitnehmen möchten.
Die beiden Jungs im Shirt-​Laden waren ein wenig überdreht, das Personal an der Bar überraschend freundlich. Die Bierauswahl war ungewöhnlich gut, hier gibt es auch Samuel Adams vom Fass sowie einige Craft Biere.
An Speisen bietet das Stockholmer HRC die üblichen Verdächtigen: Burger, Nachos und sonstiges Fast Food. Das Essen hier ist in Ordnung, haut einem aber nicht vom Hocker. Hinzu kommen die selbst für schwedische Verhältnisse hohen Preise.

Came here with a friend for lunch. It was… eh. Fun place to hang out, good location.
Good: Waiter was nice and suggested some great drinks.
Eh: Food was nothing special.
Bad: Our first waitress pretty much forgot about us :(and it was really loud even for lunch.

Awesome music, really cool staff with tattoos and piercings everywhere! You really forget your in Sweden, it more like LA. And of course the food is the usual high standard of US fusion you come to expect. Love this place. Nothing better than feeling warm and welcome.

Obs! Lunch review
Så boring as it could be. There are 5 dishes (99 each) that are offered during the lunch time: pasta, burger, salad, sandwich and ribs. All of them are meat, to get something vegetarian — they just take out meat from the selected dishes.
Food is boring, it is like to eat in the school canteen again. Service is OK. Interior looks like they wanted to give it a try to make it rock music atmosphere place, but then added those plasma TV everywhere, and it ended being not yet a sport bar neither music inspired restaurant.

The staff is really too cool to be working at HRC. .. so sad. Fake British.
Food is good. Ordered the fish & chips and the California Burger.
The music is at a comfortable level. Unusual for a HRC. Most HRC’s I’ve been too are SO LOUD!

Eines meiner Lieblings HRC’s, besonders der Cadillac über der Bar ist beeindruckend, das Essen ist super wie in fast jedem HRC.

We backpacked our way across Europe for 63 days in the summer of 2004. We hit up a HRC in virtually every city for one reason. Not for American food. Not for kitschy «we miss America» decorations. We went for free refills on your sodas, which Europeans apparently do not understand, in their social democratic version of capitalism.
Every HRC we stopped at fit the bill… except Stockholm’s.
NO FREE REFILLS. And we found out… WHEN THE FUCKING BILL WAS PRESENTED. After I went to town and had 9 diet Cokes.

I was pissed off for days. For fan, hundjavel! Skit-​bra!
*If this establishment now gives free refills, by all means, go and patronize it with no regard to my previous anger. I will never shake being let down by this place, but if they are now down with the program, then you can take advantage.

So muß ein HardrockCafé sein: coole und trotzdem freundliche Bedienung, leckeres heißes Essen, kühles Bier, tolle Musik in einer Lautstärke, bei der eine Unterhaltung möglich ist. Unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Disappointing, music to loud to have a conversation, 20euro plus for a simpel burger and some fries, pushing waiters to sell more drinks. No maybe it is just me, but it was not may place. The burger was ok, but nothing extraordinary to justify the price. Just walking distance from the metro it is easy to reach and there is enough space. If you like the concept it may be a must visit, just like i said, not for me

Das Hard Rock Café Stockholm habe ich im Januar 2006 besucht. Typisches Hard Rock Café Feeling sofort wen man es betritt. Nette Bedienung und eine reichhaltige Karte. Das bestellte Essen und die Getränke wurden super schnell serviert. Nur der hohe Preis ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen.

Ich war da vor einigen Jahren, als noch fast alles umgebaut wurde. Trotzdem fand ich Service, Essen und Getränke sehr gut. SO, wie man HRC aus aller Welt kennt. Souveniers gab es da auch, aber dass diese teuer waren, muss ich euch ja nicht sagen…

Auf der Suche nach einer Sportsbar, um das aufregende Handballspiel Deutschland — Schweden angemessen genießen zu können, sind wir im Hard Rock Café gelandet, eine fernsehermäßig erstklassige Wahl — ich hatte das Gefühl, jeder zur Verfügung stehende Fleck sei mit LCD gepflastert.
Das Bier war okay, zwar ein bisschen lasch gezapft, doch das es in Schweden etwas Besseres gibt, muss mir noch bewiesen werden.
In Sachen Ambiente nehmen sich die HRC dieser Welt nicht viel, und so ist es auch in Stockholm bunt und originell, wenn man sich für die entsprechenden Bands interessiert. Wir saßen zwischen Van Halen (super) und Europe (…).
Ein erstklassiges Party-​Small-​Talk-​Thema ist es bekanntlich, sich über die Peinlichkeit des einzigen Hits dieser Band auszulassen. Jeder hat eine Anekdote zum Besten zu geben und man schüttet sich reichlich aus vor Lachen. Was ich nicht bedachte: Die Jungs sind Schweden. Und Schweden finden Europe gar nicht peinlich. Gott sei Dank sind die Schweden jedoch ein sehr tolerantes und entspanntes Volk, somit wurde es dennoch ein sehr netter Abend — auch nachdem Deutschland das Handballspiel gewann
