Fun place if you want two hours of partying. Waiters and bartenders are observant but bartender is not that great mixing drinks. The food is decent, but they try to overdo the food instead of keeping it simple. At 23:00 hell breaks loose and the move the tables and everyone will start to dance for 2 hrs to old hits. Worse thing with this place is the really grump guy taking your coat and charging you 30kr for a coat and adds more for each item you add. I took my and my wife’s coat on the same hanger, the guy charged us 60kr and started to tell us some sad story about not hanging on the same trying to justify why he charge us 60kr. His attitude made it even worse, but luckily we had some good friends to spend the night and forgot about this joke. Wardrobe should be free since you spend a lot of money when you go out.

All I knew about this place before walking in was that my friend told me «It’s just a regular bar but from 11 – 1 people go crazy». I was way earlier than my friends and had to actually start random conversations with people while sober, first surprise here is that the crowd is friendly and welcoming(or I just got lucky). When I mentioned I hadn’t really started drinking yet and it was pretty close to 11pm when the lights go out and the Space Odyssey 2001 theme starts playing, some random Swede got me shots right away. People just come here to have fun it seems like, and it IS fun. Once the theme to 2001 came on, guys started beating their chests like apes and random guys with drums appeared to beat along to the music. I met some really wild and crazy people here but it’s such a nice break from all the proper behavior elsewhere. Everyone I went out with had a great time — it closes early but there are bars open in Odenplan till 3 you can walk to. One other thing I can mention is that when I went it was actually not that busy, but I’ve heard it is normally so packed you can’t really move and that makes it a bit less fun. I definitely plan on coming back at some point, and I would check this place out for sure if you haven’t. Just let go

this place is NUTS! is all i can say… If you are into 80s music and love to dance to those everlasting tunes, do visit this place for the insanity that starts around 10pm. Until then, this place operates as a restaurant and usually by 10, everyone is done with their meal and starting to get ready to go CRAZY!!! Two Rules you must know to enter: 1. Do not open the windows 2. Do not dance on the tables Rest do whatever you like, dance wherever you like(bar, stairs, chairs, windows), go crazy, go bonkers… have one drink or a few, have a great time with old pals or make new Swedish ones and impress them with your moves :-))

We were vey hungry and dropped in for a late lunch/early dinner, so it was not crowded at all. The staff was very friendly, and the food was well prepared, generous, and tasty. The music was a bit loud, but it’s a bar, so it fit the atmosphere. We ordered the«chili» burger and chicken, and both satisfied. The burger was called a chili burger, but did not have chili at all(as you would expect in the states). Instead I believe it had a small bit of chili powder in the meat, and was served with a mound of fresh greens, tomoto slices, pickle spear, onions, and a «spicy» aioli. The burger was well cooked — medium well, slightly pink. The sauce spiciness was very mild, but quite good. I’d been craving a burger for a while, and this did not disappoint at all. The chicken was actually stuffed with a sausage, but would have been fine on it’s own. It was well prepared, and came with a tasty side of sweet potato fries. We didn’t drink, but we probably will the next time we’re there with friends. We’ve heard they do some good lunch specials.

Cliff Barnes sounds like a character in some 80s/90s TV show like Barney Miller or Cheers or Mama’s House. Well he’s NOT! In fact, Cliff Barnes is one of the cooler bars in Stockholm. Firstly, it’s in an old school(and I don’t mean OL’ SKOOL). No, I’m serious, it’s in an old secondary school. The kitchen is the old cafeteria kitchen, and there’s a playground out back where, if you’re so tempted you could go on the swings after downing shots of Jameson of some random girls chestwhich probably won’t happen in Stockholm. The inside is in the old cafeteria/gymnasium, where the ceilings are high and the bar is spacious. In the summer, the back opens up and the inside closes, and you’re sitting at tables where the old playground used to be. It’s a fantastic place, where you can go with your friends and put down pitchers like there’s no tomorrow. Highly recommended.
