Very good local pub/​restaurant. The food and the service are great. A deep list of beers and whisky. Try the fillet of deer.

The place has 3 rooms, first the bar with some tables but most people standing up, crowded and noisy, then another room with only sitted tables, quiet and very nice music in the background, and finally a much smaller room with armchairs and books, super cozy.
I had dinner in the second room. I would advise you to book a table (I got lucky, someone had booked but cancelled last minute so my friends and I could sit).
I had a burger, the meet was very tender and juicy. The fries look like crazy Macdonalds fries but they were actually much better than that, and came with a homemade aioli sauce.
I was also super tempted to take tartare steak, the table next to us had some and it looked really good. As it was my first time I wasn’t sure of the quality of the meet, but now I know it’s good, so next time I’ll definitely have that!

Overview:
On a recent travel through Scandinavia I found this place and immediately fell in love. During my brief stay in Stockholm I managed to stop by twice and still crave it today back home in NYC.
Food:
I absolutely recommend coming here for their lunch special. Not only is it relatively affordable (I believe it was around 13 USD or 85 SEK) but also it is very filling and delicious. Everyday the meal comes with coffee or tea, juice, salad, dessert, bread and then the actual meal changes daily. I had salmon with a creamy cavier sauce served with a side of potatoes the first day and a similar dish with a white fish the second day (I believe each day they serve one red meat and one fish dish… But hey when in Scandinavia you gotta get the fish).
Atmosphere:
I can say that I am 99% positive I was the only non swede at this place and I loved every second of it. The lunch crowd seems very down to earth which created a perfect opportunity for travelers to get a real sense of the culture.
Service:
Amazing. The women who was working translated the menu to me (and though she struggled was very polite about it). It was also a nice change from the NYC style restaurants where the staff gives you terrible service and then expects a good tip (I want to move to Europe!)
I highly recommend this place to any traveler who is willing to be respectful and is curious about getting a better sense of real swede culture.

A very crowded pub. But if you get a table, you should try the amazingly good food. The employees serves good service with a happy smile. I wish I could eat more!
