Not being a big fan or Chinese or oriental food, was a bit sceptical about going here but my friend insisted I will really like it so I tried it. I was so glad she bought me here and literally forced me to go in. I had the thai style mushroom soup which has coconut, galangal and lemongrass broth with glass noodles straw, shiitake mushroom and spring onion. It was so nice and warming as we went when it was quite cold so just the right thing to have. I also had the spicy vegetable dumpling mixed vegetables with chilli and garlic in a translucent pastry were so delicious and dainty. It was a great light dish, next I tried the mixed vegetable spring roll which had vegetables and basil in crisp wrapper, with spicy mango sauce on the side. Luckily I asked what the sauce was as I am severely anaphalytic to mango, so I didn’t get to try that but the spring rolls were moreish and flavoursome. The last thing I tried was Potato and Edamame cake, which had fluffy potato, soya beans and a crisp coating, with chilli bean sauce. This was so delicious and lush. I absolutely loved it. The food was so good, I know I will come back, also it was so healthy that I would not hesitate to eat here often. The location again is brilliant as it is in London Designer Outlet on the first floor right next to the escalator located next to Asics store on ground floor which is closer to the car park entrance. If in the shopping centre and wanting a quick healthy meal then I strongly suggest coming here.

Never been to Ping Pong but enjoyed the experience. On a non-holiday weekday you are going to have the place basically to yourself, so if you want a quiet lunch, you’ll have it. Food and drink were more than adequate. Worth a stop if you’re out here in «outlet shopping mode.»

Great tasting food, but the portions are really small. And expensive ass hell. Staff are really friendly though.

I’m not the biggest fan of Ping Pong — generally 50% of the time I’ve had good food across various locations. However we were really surprised at the quality of this branch — we popped in for lazy sumdays — and the kids devoured EVERYTHING as soon as it arrived on our table. Service was ok, a little grumpy from a couple of servers. But hey, we were with a toddler that pulled ALL the toilet paper off the roll in the disabled toilet. Sorry Ping Pong! But we’ll be back soon. Oh, do note that the air conditioning still rumbles, but after a while you ignore it.

Restaurant was near dead like the service. There were 10 people standing around but they still forgot one of our orders. Food was pretty good, if we weren’t waiting around for 30+ minutes per order it would have been nicer. Disappointing meal all in all.

It’s standard Ping Pong really. Reliable dim sum, modern dark interior and interesting cocktails that are two for one before 6pm. But this place gets a two star rating because the air conditioning was making a rumbling noise so loud that it drilled into your skull. Don’t miss the black prawn dumplings; do sit outside.

Ive been to mostly all the ping pongs but this one has got to be my least favourite. The staff lack knowledge and so does the food. The first time I went, I thought it’s nice, big layout, spacious etc, but they’re not very welcoming. Living just 5 mins away I thought it would be my local, but I’d rather venture into central London. The second time I went, opted for the specials menu and was left very disappointed.

Yesterday I had the vegetable wonton soup and it was very tasty! The staff was very attentive and helpful so I returned today but have been a bit disappointed as the staff was very hidden, I had to look for the soya sauce and get it from another table. The Seafood dumplings weren’t great but the Thai style wonton soup was really nice! What a difference a day makes!

This is a real novelty for me as there are very few places in Ireland that do a good Dim Sum in Dublin. The food is great! By far one of my favourite places to eat in the UK. It is a little pricy, most things are pastry based making it hard for me to find good options(i have a wheat & egg intolerance) but everything you order is cooked to perfection & delicious. One other downside, they don’t take Amex, which we learned after a very expensive Business dinner… Ouch!
