FOCUS Chinese Take Away

Years ago, this was my parents takeaway (no restaurant) of choice, and I would object vigorously everytime, but now, I can’t remember why — there was no serious reason for my ire. I just wasn’t a fan. However, I am on a mission to find some decent takeaway restaurants that deserve my money, rather than some of the humdingers I have found recently.
But Focus, you didn’t really remind me, but did finalise my decision that I just don’t really like your food all that much. I went for a tofu in satay sauce — spicy but under the heatwave, not much flavour there and soft tofu was used, which I am personally not a fan of. The vegetables would have made up for it, but the onion was. My prawns in rice noodles sounded appealing but when they appeared, bathed in a bath of oil and utterly flavourless. The overall conclusion: just no flavour.
They do get 2 stars as the food was freshly prepared, but I am unlikely to return.
