My family stayed at the Tulip hotel in summer and we found it to be a lovely clean hotel, our room was huge and very clean, it is just across the road from the trafford centre and near to the m60 so you can easily get into Manchester city centre, but we found all we needed at the Trafford Centre.
Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

I dunno why anyone would want to stay here — not the hotel itself, but because of the location. Its sited close by to the Trafford Centre and a good half hour from the city centre. Maybe only ideal for professional shopaholics or the 99.9% of Manchester United fans — foreign tourists and even worse, Londoners. Its a nice enough place though, a good 3 star residence with comfortable rooms, a nice lounge bar and small restaurant and professional staff.
