Changed its name to «Plenty» now.
Had the mezze platter for lunch today, it was tasty — no weak element in the combo (baba ghanouj, hommos, falafel, tabbouleh, cheese sambousek, fatayer). Good service.

I almost missed Pita Gourmet on my hunt for falafel — there’s no sign on the door, and it’s tucked down a side-​street. But once I saw the rows of hummus, salads, and wraps, I was hooked.
There are several lunch salads and wraps to choose from, with choices of meat or veggies (like falafel or grilled vegetables). The wraps are pre-​made, but the salads can be customized. Large portions, with plenty of protein, sauces, and toppings to choose from.
Although Pita Gourmet doesn’t seem like the freshest or most authentic wrap place in London, its lunch specials are worth taking advantage of.

You could easily walk right by Pita Gourmet. There is nothing that makes it stand out from the dozens of lunch spots speckled all over Fitzrovia. But if ever in Fitzrovia/​Oxford Circle area for lunch, try and drop by. There is a 5.50 meal deal for lunch which includes a wrap, salad and drink but my suggestion would to spend a quid extra and go for the salad mix. I’ve tried a few different gourmet salads (think Ottalenghi) but the value you get here for the price and deliciousness far surpasses a lot of other food choices, especially in the area. The staff, as mentioned in the other reviews, is very friendly and add to the ease and delight of the experience!

Lebanese food is on of the things that is having a bit of a first renaissance in London. This place serve up decent food in decent sized portions and the staff are great. They’ll advise you on what to choose if it’s your first attempt at Lebanese.
