We are always looking for good restaurants within walking distance from us and this was an absolute find! Authentic French cuisine, good service, very reasonable prices. The wine list is a bit limited and English focused(ex only sauvignon blanc and chardonnay for white) but reasonable. I appreciate the CORKED bottles being opened at the table. Nothing worse than a screw top wine coming already opened… I plan to make this a regular stop :)

Drink selection and charcuterie are amazing — as you’d hope being next to Borough market! Amazing range of wines and beers that I’ve never been able to find outside of France and Belgium. The cooked food is ok, there’s a nice selection of small plates but our beef lacked flavour and the polenta chips were a bit greasy. The atmosphere, inside the restaurant and in the garden, is absolutely perfect.

LOL, I love the little arrangement at the outdoor area. There were fireplaces around, which will keep you from being chilly on the outside, and there are blankiesssss, the snuggy one~~~~ that will keep you warm as well. Me and my friend wanted mulled wine, and it was off the menu but they were so kind and they made it specially for us, charing us only 4.5 quids per one, now that was our special price, so it can be «Seafood» price,(can be varied depends on the staff) lol, anyways, we ordered some tapas, the fish one, the lamb one, and the rocket salad with chorizo, I love them all, so if you cannot think of what to order, just go with my choices. Can’t be wrong! The staff came to check on us constantly and they spoke very friendly.

Woaaaah how have I never ever seen this place before! It was a Friday night and I made friends with a person visiting the Uk for the first time and he introduced this place to me. What can I say? It looked so quirky from the outside and I was more than happy to give it a go. Being a Friday night… It was so so busy. We sat outside on a bench, that was kinda like a recycled bed with cute fluffy blankets. In November, usually I’d be like, are you craaaaazy? Surprisingly though it wasn’t so cold and made me love the place even more. Drinks wise we got cocktails. I went for a kir royal, which you can never go wrong with and he went for a strange concotion of jack Daniels, red wine and lemon. It certainly packed a punch. At 12 pounds each, by London standards a little pricey, but more due to location, I think. What stood out for me was the food! As a massive fan of fish, it was a no brainer to order a fish dish. I got one tapas which surprisingly filled me up. I had a beautiful zander fillet with a marinade, and tender butternut squash! Total stand out dish for me.: incredible! He ordered the beef onglet, which I’m told was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to go back! Although next time sitting indoors will be on the agenda.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this little gem! What a quaint, tucked away find that offers outdoor seating next to a beautiful church. My Californian-self opted for indoor given it was early November and was pleasantly surprised to find an awesome indoor décor as well. They are going for a rustic almost French feel that is really inviting and warm. Food is sharing style as that appears to be their tenant — try it all, share if you like… or not. Dining here by myself on a work trip, I found three dishes to hit the spot well. The sausage and hamhock was my favorite out of the trio. Wine list had some good options on it. Didn’t make it around to beer, but to my keen unique beer eye there were plenty to satisfy the beer connoisseur in the crowd. Great option for date night to get cozy under the heaters outside or a spot to melt away in the corner if you just want to unwind a bit. I’ll be coming back for sure!

This is the kind of place you don’t want to review as it really is a hidden gem. I stumbled across this today after a boozy stroll down the river and it’s awesome. Great for a nice cosy afternoon with your loved one or a big night out. Great food, well priced, awesome setting and generally all round perfect. Don’t tell your friends though. Keep it secret!

A hidden gem in borough market — my friend had visited 4 times in the past couple of months and now I know why. Brilliant selection of french tapas food and very good portion sizes, you only need 2 – 3 dishes. Excellent service and a cosy atmosphere

I met a bunch of friends in close to the London Bridge because I was doing touristy activities in London with a friend so it was close and we were not so good at taking transport so it was reachable on foot from the Tate Modern museum. We did oversee the«Vedett» parasols from the bridge above while one of my friends exclaimed, «that’s an awesome bier, we must try this bar it must be good». So we went down and requested a seat, it was already a bit late and we could not find a place inside so we seated outside despite the somewhat cold night and the lack of heating. In addition, we quickly switched back to French as the waiter also had a bad accent. We took both the«tapas» and wine menu to choose from, and settle for a bottle of wine and a few local beers. We also all ordered two types of tapas; in my case I took the two I could identify as vegetarian with were a lentil salad and a beat salad. Turned out, despite the relatively small container, to be sufficiently nourishing. My friend also seemed satisfied with theirs, though they complained about the small sizes,(I do not eat much). Should I also leave five Stars? Yes probably. Go for it.

I don’t want to write about this place. Right now, this is a well kept secret in the otherwise overcrowded, super busy, super touristy London Bridge area. But I can’t help myself. This is place is super cosy on the inside, and the decorations are hilarious. I highly recommend a trip to the rest rooms, it’s like being in a Curio Parlour. The food here is excellent; good value, basic French bistro food. Lot’s of vegetarian options, like the Asparagus with melted cantal cheese. The croque monsieur is delicious; one of the best I’ve had in London. Their burgers are great(they have a duck burger which is really good). They also have an interesting cocktail list, and prosecco, champagne, wine, etc. Also, very good and friendly service. On a summer day, this place will be great as it has a large terrace. I’m just afraid it’s going to get very busy. For now though, it’s the bomb. Highly recommended.

Ok, writing this review a bit tipsy but I don’t think it clouds my judgement. Such a cosy welcoming place. It’s french meets tapas in short! Loads of amazing bits and bobs to choose from reasonably priced. I can honestly say everything we ordered was yummy. We had pigeon, smoked eel(my fave), Jerusalem artichoke salad, and French cheeses. I loved it! If you go in summer– there an amazing outdoor area! 5 stars to this place.
