A solid three stars.
It’s a bit confused, is it a bar, club, cocktail bar or party bar? I have no idea.
Cocktails are ok, service is slow but the staff are polite.
Like the fact it’s in an arch and décor ok.
Big plus is that it’s not full of recent graduate claphamites!
They have djs at weekends.

Mixed views about this place, I like the layout and long bar but the clientele are a mix of desirables and undesirables. It was one of the latter that stole my jacket and phone! Could have happened in any bar I guess but mind your belongings here and this end of clapham generally.

Out of the way, so not too wankery.
Sometimes rather decent hip hop.
Typically not cheezed out.
Decent cocktails.
Craptacular beer selection.
Decent prices.
Sometimes fulla wankers. but less so now they’ve all been made redundant.
(Never enough service behind the bar if it’s crowded, but I guess that’s what you’re paying for)

Was invited here by a mate, who was DJing. Quiet but good beer! Would go back on a busier night.

I reserved an area here for my birthday and I received a personal and welcoming response, which was great as I’d never been here before. I chose this bar, because it appealed to me that it is a family run business rather than the standard chain of bars that I am so accustomed to seeing. The décor is fab and the DJ was open to music requests, but it was pretty quiet considering that it was a Saturday night. It is a relatively small bar, so it was obvious that it wasn’t too busy. Yet, this could be down to the fact that it is all the way down the other end of the high street and people might not know about it. If this bar was to be advertised more, then I think it would get a lot busier. I got in for free, but it is only £5 after 10pm anyway, so it doesn’t break the evenings budget!

Oh Arch 635… what are you? Are you a bar? A little club? A bar-​club-​sometimes-​dance-​place? Maybe that’s what you are.
Ok, first of all, I wouldn’t recommend this place in the week. Maybe just Thurs, Fri or Sat… but I’d love someone to correct me?
If you get here at 8pm on Fri/​Sat you’re going to find a chilled bar which serves interesting cocktails garnered with some funky art on the wall to oggle at. Arrive at 10pm and you’re going to find much the same, just a little tipsier, a little louder and a little busier. Arrive anytime after ¹¹⁄₁₂ and you’ll find something quite loose, very busy, and usually a dj working some good moves on the dancefloor at the back. Of course they’ll have the same two bar staff on so the drinks come a little slower, but by that point you ought be well lubricated.
This is a good place for a group of you to enjoy each others company. Maybe reserve an area like I do? It’s not for a couple of guys looking to shark some barely graduated wenches. That’s what Infernos is for!
Oh and it’s in an arch under the railway… cool huh?

Cool venue, inside a railway arch. Very moody, good atmos. One of those Clapham bars that is a regular pub in the week, and turns into a nightclub type place at the weekends. Regular beers and drinks, at Clapham prices.
I always want to call it Arch 365 for some reason. But it’s not. it’s 635.
