There’s no point having a slick, streamlined store with lots of beautifully arranged iPhones, mobiles and blackberries if you don’t have enough staff to serve people. I waited 15 minutes on Saturday morning and everytime I tried to speak to someone, they whizzed past like the building was on fire. I know it was a Saturday but c’mon o2. As Gonzales would say: You snooze you lose!

O2 in Liverpool One is a chic and sleek store which is a real highlight to visit and enjoy. This place simply feels cool as soon as you walk in and it makes you want a piece of what this place has.
The staff here are very friendly but not too pushy which is important as that can become extremely annoying. The value here is the same as any O2 shop but you are treated a lot better for it.
This place is a real treat and a great place to visit in terms of telecom and the value you can find if you search hard enough.
