I don’t know what it is about the water or the atmosphere in Littlehampton but we again lucked out at this place. So normally I dislike eating out at Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi places cause I cook that food at home. But it was 9pm and we were hungry and it was the only place open. So the three of us went in with little to no expectations, it was just a fueling stop but boy were we in for a pleasant surprise! Just when I though the best fish I had ever had was at the Fish Factory, this place was equally good, esp for a curry palate. I saw a starter called Magic Mushrooms and all three of us as US expats started giggling like crazy and had to order those! They were excellent and succulent and def whetted our appetite for the mains(munchies, anyone?) We also got a plate of bhajiya and tandoori chicken for starters and these two options were also finger smacking good. Two of us again got a Bengali fish, seared to perfection and on top of a bed of onions that was absolutely delish. The third person got chicken that he demolished very quickly and I didn’t even get to taste! I also opted to get dessert, a wonderful honey ice-cream that came in a cute ceramic pot which I took home. So if ever back in Littlehampton, this is another place I would def go back to. The service was exceptional, friendly and prompt, and the food was fabulous.
