very poor.
carried out extra works without my authorisation and charged me far to much so i decided to inspect all their work that they carried out and compared it to what the said they would do and found many discrepencies, no damp barriers were put in place as per their workscope, holes left in the plastering, large amount of damage so all skirtings had to be replaced .
A very poor overpiced service that causes more damage than is worth it, will definatly not use them again

I have placed ‘one’ star here as it was impossible to place ‘zero’ stars.
Gross overcharging is the cornerstone of this firm. The guarantees are essentially worthless I would be most interested to hear from anybody who has tried to enforce a guarantee because their answer is to blame some further problem which emerged after they had completed their work.
Avoid at all Costs (in particular the financial cost).

We have had work carried out by wise twice now, first time they were fine, came and gone in a day and we had no problems.
Second time the job was too big for them and they refused to admit it, they left the job half finished with a huge gaping hole in the wall of my cottage.
