when i was 18 this review would have been very different. Now I am older every time I am in there I loose faith in my town of Folkestone.
It serves its purpose (to get the young and old wasted) but other than that it doesnt offer much.

Drinking in what used to be a church was interesting, friendly Staff and of course cheep grub and drink. No smoking area and will request you to leave the steps if smoking. It’s a big old place to and the ceilings are quite something.

As with all Wetherspoons, this establishment offers permanently low priced drinks with many more on changing promotions. Deals including meals and drinks can be found 7 days a week.
Formerly a church, some of the features have been tastfully retained — including the stunning ceiling and small ‘booths’ with tables in. The odd bookcase can offer some interesting reading material.
Some of the furniture is looking a little worn and the whole place could do with a little tidy up.
A good place to start a night out on town, the queues at the bar can get quite long so don’t stay too long as you’ll be losing valuable drinking time!
