I use the Tanning & Laser Clinic for sunbeds and would rate their customer service 5 out 5! I can understand why you are not always guaranteed your appointment slot as if someone comes in 10 mins prior to your appt they may not finish by your appt time. Some people take longer to prepare for their session and to get dressed afterwards and the staff can not help this. I’ve always been told that i’m not guaranteed to go in dead on time but I will always be next to go on once I arrive at the shop. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly.
