I really like Japas. I don’t think that most of the Japanese style food in Cambridge is very authentic or particularly well made, but I do like Japas. I think the tempura is good, as is the vegetable sushi. I don’t eat fish, so perhaps the land options are better than what everyone else is having. I quite enjoy it, and my Japanese friend went with me and also was happy enough. I happily recommend.

Why did we come back? Big mistake but we were hoping. If you are here for nigiri or sashimi then prepare to be disappointed. Does previously frozen hamachi appeal? Even miso soup was over salted. Never again.

An excellent sushi experience!
Great space to take a small group and wonderful service (amazing patience for our complicated 3 way bill split!) Spicy salmon & avocado roll and tempura sweet potato roll were both amazing. The crispy duck roll was not as good, in my opinion, but that was not the general agreement in our group. Extensive menu with many enticing choices that I’ll have to come back and try!
