We were visiting Bristol and staying across from the Cabot Circus at the Future Inn. Since my Pret addiction started in London early on in our vacation, I was so happy to find them here. Breakfast was not included in the price of our hotel room and I was well aware that I would be able to get a good breakfast for half of the price at Pret. We arrived before they opened and by the looks of the other ‘vultures’ circling around the entrance, this location is popular as a breakfast stop. They appeared to be having a staff meeting and once done, opened their doors to a group of hungry customers. The service was as quick and as friendly as I have experience in any location of this chain and the quality of food is consistent. I wish we had Pret in Canada… with the same menu as the UK.

Fresh food never tasted so good! My parents had been harping on about this for years and I finally agree! Totally worth the extra money for the luxury of food you can actually taste! My personal fav is the legendary Love Bar! The first one I was left undecided… Now the tenth one in and I’m totally hooked!!! Had to prize one out of my hand earlier and trade for a run of the mill Banana! Xxx

One of the best of their stores in the country. Great upstairs seating(although still gets full at lunch and weekends), great sandwiches, and full menu selection. It’s not the cheapest place to grab a bite, but they are ethical, try and source locally and reduce their footprint. Plus the daily left-overs go to the homeless shelter. And there’s free Wifi to boot.

You simply can’t go wrong with a Pret. No matter where or when, this ethical sandwich retailer always manages to put a smile on my face! They have a wide range of sandwiches, sushi, puddings and drinks. The sandwiches are so good that I rarely stray from the delight that they bring me. On top of all this I have to say that I have never been in a Pret that has unfriendly or unhelpful employees. The only problem that I have is the price tag, which is a little steep and you shouldn’t expect to walk away with change from a fiver. You know the sandwiches are fresh because if you get there late you will miss out on the good ones!

This is far and away my favourite Pret branch in the country. It may be because it is part of the new Cabot Circus development and so is not decorated in as brash and tacky a way as the other branches. It also has more of an ambience for being somewhere you eat in, whereas the seating in most Prets is scant to say the least. This branch has a few tables downstairs but a really plush and large upstairs seating area with lots of low-slung leather sofas and glass windows looking out over bustling shoppers in Cabot Circus. The staff are also super-friendly and there seems to be more of an emphasis on the customer and ethical sourcing of food than in days of yore. The coffee is always great and they do a really good selection of hearty yet cheap soups– the meatball one or the three-bean being my favourite. When I am feeling spendy I always go for one of their superfood salads, which at £3.95 isn’t an everyday option, but it does really fill you up. And it has all of my favourite things– humus, lentils, butternut squash, edamame beans and cherry toms. Yum yum yum. Great spot for lunch when you are near to breaking from shopping.
