Plan B

I was in the mood for some eggs for breakfast and found myself at Plan B in Paradigm Mall. They serve breakfast until 6 pm daily by the way so that’s pretty awesome. Anyway, I chose this outlet because it’s easier to find parking and I could do a little shopping at the mall after breakfast. So that’s a plus point.
I decided to go with the Eggs Benedict, which is my favourite eggy breakfast dish and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs were poached beautifully, cut right through the egg and the velvety yolk comes oozing out, that’s pretty sexy. The hollandaise sauce wasn’t too runny; it was just the right consistency however it was a tad too sour for my liking. The orange juice was a great choice I must say, it was really fresh and refreshing went very well with the eggs. Plan B is very generous with their portions so you can order to share or if you are a big eater like me, finish the whole plate and complain about a food baby growing in my stomach after the meal. Which is a good problem to have if I may say so.
