Living in the same edifice as this restaurant, I am one of the first few customers of Enorme. Their portions as generous and they never scrimp on the flavours. The very friendly manager, Michael, would immediately suggest their signature carbonara. Whether you get the pizza or the pasta, their carbonara boasts hefty amounts of bacon. I tried all of the pasta and pizza flavours and I never regret doing so. I guess this feeling I share with the enormous amount of people flocking the restaurant everyday. Oh, by the way, you might need to have a reservation if you are planning to visit during weekend dinner. o

Enorme is enormous in Italian, which pretty much sums up the dishes here. Serving classical Italian food, you’ll see the standard favourites like pasta and pizza. However, the good thing about this place is that they do it right. My personal favourite was the risotto. Absolutely scrumptious, with three different types of mushrooms, and a dash of truffle oil, it is combined with the rice so perfectly. I know risotto is pretty hard to get it right but they’ve managed to be consistent so far. Not too hard, not too chewy. The main highlight of this place is their oven baked pizza. I like that you are given a choice on the size of your pizza; from XXS to XXL. So you can be sharing between the two of you or between a huge group it doesn’t matter, they will cater to your needs sufficiently. Twice I’ve been here and twice I’ve ordered the Carbonara(bianco) pizza, XXL size. At 21 inch it is huge but consistent all over. Thin crust baked to perfection, the toppings include bacon, mushrooms, cheese and not to forget, runny eggs. Perfect for the hungry family of five. If you ever want to come here with your group of friends, best to call ahead and reserve. I came on a Saturday night with the intention of dining in but was turned away as they were fully booked. Either that, drop by on a weekday, it is relatively a lot more quieter. Oh and order the deconstructed tiramisu. I don’t want to spoil it for you but you will not regret it.
