Try the hooegarden rose beer. Very nice and sweet. You can combine with steak or ribs. Very nice for after working hours meals.

This Brussels is my favorite outlet cause its located in Jaya One which is a nice place to chill and have a few beers. I usually sit outside at this Brussels simply because i like the atmosphere outside. It feels like you’re in some part of Europe, with the flooring etc. Sitting inside is noce too if its a hot day or you don’t feel like breathing in second hand cigarette smoke. It awesome to have beers or cocktails here while snacking on their beer food. My by far favprrite is the crispy bacon, absolutely delicious! the sausage platter is good too and the chicken wings. Service here is always amazing and the staff never fail to amaze me. Even with so many people at the restaurant they still provide efficient service and are very polite too.

Brussels Beer café doesn’t look like a pub, but more of a restaurant. Though usually this place is pack with people at night, people come here for their great Belgian food. The burger is awesome, and huge. Too much for me though but it’s truly satisfying. I enjoyed the cocktails they make, especially their Irish Coffee. First time seing them heating up the coffee with flames then pour on it the whip cream, and it was fantastic. Though I’ve never tried their beer but according to my friend it’s actually okay okay only. Might be stronger I think for most people. I like this place, particularly in Jaya One. Great place to hang out with friends. Try it out this place!

A nice place for a drink at night. Very casual, very relaxing. There’s one of those projector screens used for broadcasting live football games for football fans to watch their favourite team play over a pint of beer. However, do not expect a crowd of people to cheer when your team wins as they do in mamak stalls. Most people go to Brussels just to unwind and relax after a long week. It was a two in one for me. I went to Brussels to get my heads off some things and it was a plus point that a football match was on. I’m not a big fan but I do watch football. The quality of the video was low and I wished that Brussels broadcasted the match with a higher resolution. Brussels has a huge variety of beers. They could easily have more than five pages of just beer on their menu. The Hoegaarden Rosee’s something lighter for those who are still not accustomed to the taste of beer or to those who wants something refreshing. It was refreshing to the point that I had finished half a pint before I even knew I did. Do check out for their happy hours, it will be much more worth it that way! I got a pint of Hoegaarden Rosee for RM23 on a Saturday night after 11 as opposed to RM26++ during the normal(non-happy) hours.

Brussels offer a wide variety of beers from different countries whether its in the form of draft or beer bottles. As for food, popular Belgian fare such as the crispy pork knuckle and braised lamb shank are popular choices on the menu. The fact that this place serves pork already scores brownie points for me. I’ll always go for the Brussels pasta made out of sautéed pasta with prawns, fresh chillies, and sliced garlic. It’s similar to aglio olio yet with a hint of spiciness. You’ll find that some of the dishes are also cooked with beer thus giving it a more robust smoky flavour. Set lunch is also available though the salad bar could be expanded to include more variety. There’s plenty of outdoor seating at this outlet which makes it the perfect setting for after work drinks or just chilling with friends. Ladies, watch out for the special offer on the Hoegaarden Rosee every wednesday night.

One of the very first few drinking places in Jaya One. This place is easily the most happening hang out spot due to the fact that it’s in the middle of the whole square. There’s indoor and outdoor area and on most nights, you’ll get to see tons of people just chilling on the outdoor area drinking away. As the title of the shop suggests, you would think that this place is only good for drinks. But I was a little surprise myself when I realize that their food menu is rich. We had a bunch of guys so we decided to go big and go for the pork knuckle and the grilled baby beef ribs. Heavyweight stuff huh? It’s one of the most amazing food pairing choices to go with beer. And on the drinks menu, they have a wide selection of beers on tap and also a good selection of imported beer. Drinking and eating here during happy hours are the best combination to start the night.

Brussels Beer Café is a place you would want to go if you are looking for nice food and varieties of beer. Brussels in Jaya One is always crowded during both lunch hour and after work. The place is comfortable and I especially like to sit around the long table with my friends. Generally, the food in Brussels Beer Café are good and you could hardly go wrong with the orders. My colleagues and I will visit Brussels at least once a month for their set lunch — it comes with free-flow salad bar, main course, and 1 drink. Most of the time the lunch set tasted like, but there were some misses once in a while. We made an observation and came to a conclusion — the food tasted nice when the plating is bad, and the food will be less satisfying when the plating is very pretty. Hmmmm… I wonder why. Ladies, you can drop by Brussels on every Wednesday for their ladies night where they have Hoegaarden Rosee at RM21/pint. If you like to experience beers from different countries, then you really should drop by Brussels.
