Salad Atelier

This sounds so french! absolutely love it, they got some amazing Ceasar salad options! loved the sauce and the setting! I like giving my body good and healthy food, if you are also thinking of your body and not just your taste when you eat or you consider both then this place serves the best options. The concept is a lot like Secret Recipe Veggies at least that’s how their menu seemed to be.
Surely recommend the place for a healthy lunch or early dinner! The staff are really nice and helpful. If you don’t finish your meal as would happen with me often you can always ask for a take away for the rest. love that I get that option even here :)

Salad Atelier is another wonderful addition to The Intermark’s food court. If you are looking for a healthy delicious lunch this place is a must visit.
Unlike a lot of salad places in town, I have found that Salad Atelier has maintained an excellent level of quality control with their ingredients. I have never had a soggy piece of lettuce or a under ripe tomato.
They are very generous with what ever you would like to add to your salad. The pricing is very reasonable so you don’t have to be shy loading up you salad with your favorite healthy salad topping.
They have some really great special items like, chicken cooked to with three different spices, a few kinds of tofu, grilled eggplant, quinoa and more. The salad dressing selection is also quite impressive. I like the sesame but there is something for everyone’s taste.
This is one of my regular lunch spots and I highly recommend it.
