Mat Tou Yau Dessert

Pretty sure most of you guys have seen this cute food truck around roadside or pasar malam, selling cooling dessert. MAT DOU YAO means «everything also got» in Cantonese, they goes by the selling point of having all sort of assortment to choose for customer to customise their dessert.
This MDY truck is the nearest from my place & the owner is very smart, placed himself near the steamboat truck. So during the meal people would order from him. The cheapest option you go fot is 3.50 Ringgit for the basic one. But the assortment he gave compared to other truck is really little, only one laici and the ice cube has already occupied more than half of the container. The hygiene is not that good because I don’t see he cover all the assortment and just let it expose to air.
