This stall have the best fried assortment at Connaught Pasar Malam. Starting from 6 pm onward, queue has already started to form at this stall. They have quite a good variety of fried assortment: fried abalone mushroom, king oyster mushroom, fried prawn, fried vegetable pancakes etc.
I have tried them all and all is good. If I have to choose a favorite it would be the fried lotus root! There’s a hint of natural sweetness in it after being fried that makes it taste so good. It is also crunchy! You can ask for extra chili powder if you like that extra spiciness.
