This is probably one of the top 10 hotel buffets in Asia. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, Executive Chef Sam and Manager Ben and Maitre D Jason really make this place one of the best… I’m a vegan and they go out of their way to feed me well. The carnivores are well treated as well, of course!!! Sam and Jason even pack me lunch for my trips to S’pore! Congrats to all the staff on a job well done on an on-going basis.
