Going out to dinner with family and friends after a whole day of sight seeing means I have to put more effort into what I look like… The struggle…^.^.zZzzZZ
Located more than 700 feet above Malaysia… the award-​winning Top of the World Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other… delights served in an elegant atmosphere with unparalleled views of Malaysia as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes!
i came here dinner during my stay in Malaysia… i had a few appetizers and entrees… They make a mean satay screws… the best i ever had… the shrimp and salads were awesome… and I’ve never eaten a better meal with an amazing view!

Come for the view, not for the food. This is a rotating buffet restaurant and it completes one rotation in 90 minutes, which is also how long each seating session lasts. For lunch and dinner, they have 2 different sessions. This is not clear for lunch on the website, but there are 2 sessions: 11:30 to 1pm, 2 – 3:30pm. If you start in the middle of a session, tough luck, you will have to leave when the session ends.

We arrived for lunch shortly after the first session started and there was a large variety and good supply of food available. However, most of the dishes were cold. Even the tandoori salmon which had a sign that say «beware, hot» was cold. I’ve heard this is because the food is cooked and then transported via the lift, but it was really sad. There were a few dishes that were acceptable, but most dishes were terrible.

Despite the fancy clothes that the servers are wearing, there is minimal interaction with the wait staff other than seating and paying the bill. The good thing is that they are very efficient in removing your plates once you are done.

Unfortunately, due to the smog there wasn’t much of a view but I’m sure on a clear day it would be incredible. Not much can be said of the décor, it is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear and tear but are you really looking at that?
There is a dress code, no shorts and flip flops, which is written on a tiny piece of paper when you arrive. We had previously checked the website but found no mention of it. Though we did arrive in shorts, no one gave us any problems but I found it annoying that they had a dress code, but didn’t have it on their website and didn’t enforce it — so why bother?

Lunch and afternoon tea are definitely the best value for your money. I have heard there are often Groupon deals as well. We paid ~100 MYR/​person and admission would have cost ~60MYR so it is a good deal in that sense. Also you can go to the observation deck after your meal for free, just let the lift operator know.

Very good buffet, nice atmosphere, little bit expensive but i had my money in my plate. Toilet broken and no towel paper ;(

Standard English fare. The Malaysian component like satay’s were bit tough.
The punters all seemed to like it in the same way they love an all you can eat buffet anywhere in the world when it’s cheap but it wasn’t cheap.
Go to Hawkers street instead and grab some shazlicks from the cart and they’ll cook them for you for.

Previously known as Seri Angkasa Revolving now had change the name as Atmosphere 360 is the highest restaurant where you can enjoy fine dining at 282m above ground level and whirling slowly to enjoy KL view in 360 degree on the top. It’s located at KL tower.
It’s provide buffet, ala carte and cocktails service to meet different preferences. I personally tried both of their lunch and dinner buffet before. Lunch buffet is cheaper which cost RM90++ for adult and RM70++ for child. This session start from 11.30 a. m to 3p. m daily. Looking at the time period given, it looks more worthy but I personally prefer their night buffet which cost higher, RM200++ for adult and RM144++ for child. Two session available for you to choose is either 6.30p.m to 8.30pm or 9p. m to 11p.m.
I prefer the night buffet despite of the price is higher and the time period given is shorter, it’s because the variety of choices given are broader. More Malaysia, international and seafoods cuisine provided. I will recommend to choose the session in between 6.30p.m to 8.30pm because you will get to enjoy the view of sunset and night view together. It’s amazing to see how the sun goes down and all the light in this city turns on slowly from top. It’s romantic!
If you need special arrangement for proposal or birthday surprise, please call them for reservation and let them know so that they can arrange a place where is less crowd and near to the glass window for you.

This was a pretty cool experience. It’s not every day you get to eat and rotate in a circle at the same time. If you want a bird’s eye view of Kuala Lumpur while enjoying a good meal then this is the place to go.
I went for the lunch buffet and I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting more for the price. The price was more for the view than the food I guess. There was not much selection but at least it was good. The food selection is all halal but they do serve alcohol.
I’d suggest making a reservation beforehand especially on the weekends because if you just walk in, most of the time there probably won’t be any more tables.
It was quite fun and if I could I would go again but hopefuly next time there will be more variety in food.

KL Tower Atmosphere 360 is a restaurant located in KL Tower which spins around as you dine in it — hence the name Atmosphere 360. I went for their buffet lunch and it was mediocrely good. Also you get to enjoy the view of KL while you are dining by the rotations of the restaurant. After dining we visited the viewing deck where you get to take a walk around KL just by circling the viewing deck.
It is an interesting concept, but it is not somewhere I will return to in a short period of time. As although the view is amazing, there is nothing else that really attracts me back for more.

Atmosphere 360 is a revolving buffet restaurant at the top of KL Tower. They serve both local and international cuisines. If you are not afraid of height, then you really should go near the viewing area to check out the amazing KL view.
Atmosphere 360 has a wide variety of spread, but I felt the local cuisines were better than their international spread. The Japanese section was average, as well as their limited pasta selections.
One fun thing about dining in Atmosphere 360, you tend to see people start walking around to «hunt» for their table. You’ll leave your seat to grab some food, and the moment you turn around your table would have revolved.
Overall, it’s a good experience to bring your visitors up there to experience it once. However, I wouldn’t be going up there anytime soon, unless I have a visitor from overseas.
