Awesome little place that serves a huge variety of Belgium beers, both on tap and bottled. Cozy atmosphere with a small variety of food that is amazingly good. I definitely suggest this place, especially if you don’t have time to make the trek to the other Belgium bars up in Yokohama.

Great beers and an awesome variety! Very knowledgeable about beers tell them what you like or are in the mood for and they will have something for you. This is not a place to go if your looking to just get drunk, if you enjoy good beer and don’t mind paying a little more for it this is the place. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, don’t be put off with the prices totally worth it around 900‑1500 yen a beer and every beer I tried was great so many to choose from it was hard to decide what to drink. They have a small menu I didn’t eat while I was there but a few people at the bar got a sausage plate with 3 – 4 different types of sausage and some fries for 1100 yen and it looked really good next time I will try that too.

After starting out my night at La Bier Eden — I came here to catch up with some friends. The bar is pretty big but has cafeteria style seating. It seems to be more of a bar converted from a failed restaurant than a dedicated bar. They have a lot of Belgian beer on tap starting at 1000 yen but the standard Hoegaarden on draft is missing. They have mystic white which fails on comparison. It’s a nice modern adult bar. It just felt poorly executed from the pub I just came from. It can seat a lot of people and has American style room but honestly — I like the smaller homely feels for a Belgian brew house. It is better than most bars in Yokosuka but it is missing«it»…

Good service and great selection of beer. Bartender/owner is very knowledgable and helps you find your new favorite beer with ease! Highly recommend going here!

To sum it up– Brand new bar, Belgium beer on tap and bottles, wine, non-smoked filled room, English Premier League on TV, no loud obnoxious music, an older crowd(+30) and in Yokosuka. Gotta love it! I discovered it accidentally. One of those moments I felt like taking a different route home. My first visit i saw the picture of Belgium beer and could not resist. Belgium House Brews is a nice 2nd floor bar in an alley way a minute away from Yokosuka Chuo Station. This bar opened up in October 2014. 10 seats at the bar &30 in the dining area. We sat at the bar. English menu available. The main attraction is the beer. 6 Belgian beers on tap. My first visit I enjoyed the Charles Quint Ruby Red. I’m not a fruity flavor beer fan but this is one of those exceptions. Dark Amber red, Very smooth, with a fruity sweet aftertaste. Also tried the Chocolate stout. Very smooth, not too sweet, not too bitter. Well worth the ¥1000 a pint price. Many bottled beers and wine available as well. Biggest plus for me– one of the few bars that is smoke free. Got to watch Burnley edge giant Manchester City 1 – 0 and enjoy some fries as well. Looking forward to another visit.
