Food here was just OK. We each had an order of gyoza, which were good but more than a but greasy. We had the scallion pancake, which was light and tasty, and the shrimp, squid and noodle pancake, which was surprisingly heavy and too sweet. The place itself was devoid of any charm, and the service was mediocre. If you need to try okonomiyaki, I guess this is the place to go, but it isn’t really my thing even though it sounded great in concept.

I eat here everytime I’m in town! Really friendly staff and always welcoming. I have convinced many clients to eat here, and they all report that they loved the food here. My personal favorite menu item is the ika version okonomiyaki. Don’t be afraid about putting all the toppings on too! I have eaten okonomiyaki in Hiroshima(the birthplace of okonomiyaki) and I still prefer kyoto style.

Absolutely delicious. Very family friendly, we chatted with other patrons who happened to be Americans. The food is not cooked on the grill in front of you but on a main grill out front and then served. Great food, great sake, and a nice spot to spot if you’re in the area of if you’re staying at the Westin up the road.
