I got the name of the restaurant from the Norma chef, Rene Redzepi’s article in the magazine. After dined at Jiro Ginja, I didn’t expect much especially I couldn’t find the restaurant which is in the small alley. But my assumption was completely wrong. It was fantastic! I have been to most of the greatest sushi restaurants in the world, and this place is in my top three. It is innovative, delicate and excellent quality of fish. It’s small place with 7 seats, chef looks intense but thoughtful. Watching his movement making sushi was like watching art work. So two thumbs up from me. Make sure to make a reservation in advance.
