Most efficient Starbucks ever! 狭くても効率的です! スタバらしくて美味しいです! This Starbucks is very small and the line is often spilling out the door. The staff come and take your order while you are waiting in line and still manage to time things out perfectly so that by the time you pay your drink is ready. They speak enough English to take your order. Or you can just point to the paper menu. It is very small so I wouldn’t go there counting on being able to sit down. If you actually want to sit down, then you should go to the Starbucks in Shin Tokyo Building, which is just a few blocks south.

Located right outside of the JR/Metro station at the bottom of the Shinmaru Building. Your typical Starbucks in Japan… friendly staff, line moves quickly. Very different from the states. It’s way more full service than any of the locations in the states in the sense that the baristas will walk out from behind the counter, hand you a menu, and take your order while you’re in line. I LOVELOVELOVE the bagel sandwiches they have for breakfast! I wish they would bring it to the states. I can’t remember what it’s called, but they have a turkey bagel sandwich(mehhh) and another bagel sandwich with yummy oozy cheese and egg with bacon. If you’re into cheesey gooey yumminess, they also have another sanwich with chicken, egg, and cheese. As usual, WiFi is available, but you’ll need an account with a mobile phone carrier to access. If you’re used to Starbucks in the states, get ready for a little shock when it comes to paying for your bill. Also…it’s so cute and awesome that they hand you a green card to signify that you ordered a soy drink. They really should bring this practice to the states.
