Me and my family decided to try out this place on easter. Well, it is pricey and the food isn’t worth it. I ordered the chicken Cesar salad and for some reason the dressing tasted like tartar sauce with sour cream. I don’t really know what they were thinking. My daughter ordered the shrimp and chicken Alfredo but the menu didn’t mention how the pasta was going to be made with whole wheat pasta, freakin disgusting. My husband got the appetizer plater there, it came with buffalo chicken strips, potato skins, and cheese sticks. This was edible. And whatever you do don’t order the sweetened ice tea. It is some sort of fountain iced tea and tastes like tea mixed with sprite. In all, three entrée’s with drinks: $ 70. I don’t see myself coming back to this place at all. Go to the Hard Rock instead.

It’s Friday’s. If it wasn’t for the drinks and location it probably not be somewhere I will eat. The drinks are great because they have amazing bartenders and the service is always friendly.

Service sucks! Server was so rude and unpleasant. Food was okay. Nothing amazing. Hopefully it was just an off day for the server.

Jack Daniel’s burger was delicious. Great for large groups. It was in walking distance of the mall and the other stores on the strip. They were having a bartender competition the night I went, which was pretty cool. Good selection of music with a friendly environment. Only thing that killed this place was the long wait for our food and drinks. To receive all of our drinks, it took them about 30 minutes. We only had one waitress for our party. I have no idea why because the restaurant wasn’t packed. There was other waitresses just standing by, which then took an hour and a half for our food. I would go back to this place, but not worth the wait.

Very pricey and not enough staff that you have to constantly remind them about your order! The management should have upped the ante since they were hosting a Super Bowl XLIX party!

Not great, super expensive. The only saving grace is the bar. Still pretty expensive for drinks. They do cater to big groups, but I’d rather go to the beach bar and get cheaper drinks and a good burger!

Do not order a draft beer because they will charge you a fortune. The bottle beers are between $ 5.50 and $ 8.00, which is pretty expensive even for the Tumon area. Service is terrible. I visited around 11am on a weekday. I sat at the bar and wasn’t even noticed for nearly 20 minutes. After taking my order, I didn’t hear back from the bar tender/server until my food came out almost an hour later. I didn’t get any silverware, napkins, or ketchup. I couldn’t even find anybody to ask. I know they weren’t busy cleaning the dirty dishes left a few places down that sat there for the better part of my visit. If you are female, the nearly all male wait staff will swarm you and get you whatever you need. If your a guy, you might as well go somewhere else. The food is okay, but not worth the wait.

Never visit! This TGIF is the worst one that I have visited. The steak is stone hard without any juice. It looks like that it is cooked several times. Onion ring also looks fried more than three or four times until it comes to my table. I complained to server, but nothing fixed. I cannot eat the meal. It is located at the heart of tourist site and they never care about the quality of food. Horrible food!

Horribly slow and inattentive service. 38 minutes i sat without a glimpse of a server or anything to drink. Or maybe there’s a one glass of tea ration program abd I wasn’t aware. I love Fridays but I have yet, after 8 years on Guam, to get good service here. If it weren’t for lack of choices and tourists that don’t know better, this place would have closed years ago. EPICFAIL!!!

Great place to get your eat on. Service was slow though. My steak came out the way I wanted it. It’s in Tumon where the tourist traps are. But, the prices are not too bad. I’ll eat here couple times a year.

Just FYI that this review is focusing on their bar. I am new to the island and will be here for a few months so I thought that I would start looking for some decent bars around the Tumon area. I was initially about to head to Hard Rock, but if I avoid that place stateside, why should I start giving them my business now?! So I strolled into the TGI Fridays, because I figure their drinks are similar to that of Red Lobster back on the mainland. When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and I told her that I wanted to sit at the bar, so she pointed me in the right direction. The bar can hold about 20 people and it’s in a square formation that has the TVs tuned to the sports stations. Wanting to keep up with the NFL rather than the TFC that was playing at the house, this was a welcome sight indeed! The bartenders Von, Rob and Audrey were all very friendly and checked on me regularly. My electric lemonade was much too sweet for my taste and when Rob noticed I only drank half of it, he asked me if I liked my drink and when I told him I expected it to be more sour(it’s lemonade after all), he made me a better one! :) Both Rob and Von performed some flair bartending(probably for some of the tourists), but it was entertaining nonetheless. They definitely know their drinks and if you don’t like it, please let them know and they’ll correct it! I only had the lettuce wraps as I didn’t really come to the restaurant for the food, but it was pretty good. I think my main reason for coming in to the restaurant was that it reminded me of the mainland, but I will be coming back because of my impression of the bar and the folks behind it :)

Fridays can be sooo much better. So why do you have to be unsatisfying when I ate here =( There was a new salad on the menu, so I decided to give it a try. The waitress said its currently her favorite so what was there to lose. The mannnnn was I disappointed. The lettuce was not fresh, the calimari was not calimari and why were there big chunks of carrots? But the dressing was good! A co-worker ordered steak and she was also disappointed. The meat was overcooked and difficult to cut. Even I cringed watching her cut the meat. I have to give credit to service though. Our drinks were constantly being filled. Our server was awesome.

Came in on a Saturday night at 5. The staff was super friendly and nice but that did nothing to make up for how awful the food was. I ordered the chop house pork chop special. The pork chops were only seasoned with rosemary and it seemed like the cook added it after cooking. Even after trying to smoother it in salt and pepper it was the closest to chewing rubber I ever want to be. The side of green beans and carrots was from a can and over«warmed» to mush. The mashed potatoes were instant(you could see the flakes from under cooking) if a place is going to charge $ 14 for an entrée the least they can do is peel some potatoes! I will not be back.

This place is lame and the food is terrible. The curry paella tasted like it was microwaved. The penne was gross. They didn’t honor the discount coupons I had from the newspaper either. Very overpriced and the lunch service was so slow.

What a perfect location for this day! We went there on Independence Day about 15 minutes before the fire works show was supposed to start at Chamorro Village. The one on Seaton Boulevard off of Route One. Luckily Candace knew to park at Academy because traffic and parking was chaos! We were seated right away in the outside patio area. There were three tables available out there and one of them sat 7 — so it was perfect for us. Unfortunately all the available tables were full of dirty dishes and we had to wait for the manager to clear it. It took him a long time to clear it. I guess traditional«bus boys/men» don’t exist in Guam. Its not fair that other customers eat their meal with dirty tables all around them. Luckily, though, the staff was very friendly! In good spirits considering the chaos happening around the restaurant. We ordered Margarita Shakers because yes — another Plus — it was Happy Hour! The bartender was speedy and we got our drinks right away. I will go back to try their food at a more subdued atmosphere — :)

This place is so lame. I got a burger that was sloppily made and I sent it back. The cook came out and glared at our table, presumably because he didn’t appreciate his work being sent back. I don’t know why anybody goes here.

My only complaint is that they don’t honor the«Give Me More Stripes» points cards. I mean come on now, Guam is in the US right? :) No, they really do not honor them. Staff is nice though.

Great Bar! Burger was good but the fries were just not cutting it. The kid’s finger was a bit dry. My son didn’t finish it. I would go back to hang out at the bar!
